Situated in the center of Saint-Germain-des-Près, next to the metro station St Germain-des-Prés (Metro line 4) on the very chic rue de Verneuil, the Verneuil apartment is three minutes away from the Seine and the musée du LOUVRE, and five minutes away from the musée d’Orsay.

The apartement is close to the place St Germain-des-Prés where are the best fashion shops. You will find a large quantity of good restaurants and well-knows cafés such as Café de Flore or Les Deux Magots. If you prefer eating at home you have two delicatessen shops and a huge Monoprix supermarket where you can find the finest French products.

How is the apartment ? The apartment is 42 sq.m (451 square feet), situated on the 4th floor with elevator, and can accomodate up to 4 guests (2+2). It is very luminous and warm and has a beautiful view over the parisian rooftops. The living room has a dining table that accommodates 4 comfortably, a sofa bed (one and a half), a flat screen television with dvd player and cable and wireless internet connection. You also have a little table to drink the coffee on the morning.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two large windows, a wardrobe and a beautiful fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a bath-tub with shower handset, a wash-hand basin and a washing machine. There is an independent toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stoves, fridge with congelator…) and provides all the dishes needed .

Towel and linen are provided. Possibility of ironing and cleaning.
